This Refund and Returns Policy explains how MedirxHub handles returns, replacements, and refunds for eligible orders placed through our website.
1. Scope & General Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, returns and refunds are regulated to ensure product safety and legal compliance.
This policy applies to orders placed on MedirxHub. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
All requests are subject to verification and approval.
2. Eligible Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements may be considered only if:
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product was expired at the time of delivery.
- There is a quantity mismatch with the invoice.
Photo or video evidence of the product and packaging is required.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Important- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Tampered or missing original packaging
- Improperly stored products
- Temperature-sensitive products unless damaged on delivery
- Requests made outside the allowed time window
4. Return Request Window
Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Email requests should be sent to support@medirxhub.com with your Order ID and supporting details.
5. Inspection & Approval
- Requests are reviewed by our support team
- Pickup may be arranged if required
- Final approval depends on inspection results
6. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refund to the original payment method, or
- Store credit, where applicable
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Prescription Medicines
Prescription medicines are subject to additional restrictions and may not be eligible for return once delivered, except where legally required.
